In Ca’ Ballarin, on the sea side of via Fausta, we rent during the winter period (from November 1st to April 30th) an apartment in a recently renovated farmhouse on two levels, composed of entrance, kitchen, living room, master bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with single beds and two windowed bathrooms with shower. Large garden and uncovered parking space.

Summary of apartment costs:

• Monthly rent requested: € 900.00;
• Agency intermediary fees: € 150.00 one-time payment;
• Contract drafting and registration fees: to be calculated based on the rental period;
• Security deposit: equivalent to three months’ rent;
• Water, electricity, and gas consumption: based on actual consumption with initial and final meter readings;
• Tari (waste collection): according to Veritas costs, and for the occupation period;
• Internet via antenna (if requested);
• IMU (property tax): to be paid by the property owner.

No pets allowed.

• Photocopy of ID card and tax code;
• Photocopy of the latest payslip, tax return (CUD), or tax form (730).
