In Ca’ Ballarin, on the sea side of Via Fausta, we rent during the winter season (from November 1st to April 30th) an apartment located in a recently renovated farmhouse on two levels, consisting of entrance, kitchen, living room, double bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, windowed bathroom with shower box and a second service with toilet. Large garden and uncovered parking space.

Summary of apartment costs:

• Monthly rent requested: € 900.00;
• Agency intermediary fees: € 150.00 one-time payment;
• Contract drafting and registration fees: to be calculated based on the rental period;
• Security deposit: equivalent to three months’ rent;
• Water, electricity, and gas consumption: based on actual consumption with initial and final meter readings;
• Tari (waste collection): according to Veritas costs, and for the occupation period;
• Internet via antenna (if requested);
• IMU (property tax): to be paid by the property owner.

No pets allowed.

• Photocopy of ID card and tax code;
• Photocopy of the latest payslip, tax return (CUD), or tax form (730).
