Description
From 01st May to 30th September 2021 we rent a two-room apartment for 2/3 people in Cavallino-Cà di Valle only 150 m to the beach.
Composed of a hallway, a large living room with kitchenette, a double room and a windowed bathroom with shower. It's fully furnished and air conditioned
Rent for the whole period: € 6,500.00. Extra: electricity, water and gas.
Deposit € 1,000.00 in cash, to be returned on departure.
Registration costs, stamp duties, taxes.
Tourist tax of € 25,00/person for the entire stay (children under 12 years old and workers in the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for free).
Requested documents:
- copy of the ID card and the "codice fiscale".
Pets not allowed
After a first meeting we can arrange an appointment to visit the apartment.
