We rent out fully equipped and fully furnished apartments for the summer season from 28th April to 29th September.

Rent for the whole period: € 5,400.00 Extra: electricity, water and gas.

Deposit € 1,000.00 in cash, to be returned on departure.

Registration costs, stamp duties, taxes divided equally among the parties.

Tourist tax of € 20,00/person for the entire stay (children under 12 years old and workers in the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for free).

Requested documents:

copy of the ID card and the "codice fiscale".
