Description

From 01st May to 30th September 2021 we rent two-bedroom apartments of the "Residence Nuovo Sile" at a stonethrow from the beach. The residence has a swimming-pool for adults and children and a large garden.

It's composed of an entrance, a large living-room with a kitchenette and a french door to the terrace or to the garden, a double room, a twin room a windowed bathroom with shower and an outdoor parking lot.

Rent for the whole period: € 6,500.00. Extra: electricity, water and gas.

Deposit € 1,000.00 in cash, to be returned on departure.

Registration costs, stamp duties, taxes.

Tourist tax of € 25,00/person for the entire stay (children under 12 years old and workers in the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for free).

Requested documents:

copy of the ID card and the "codice fiscale".
