From the 01st May to the 30th September 2021 we rent a two-bedroom apartment for 4/5 people near to the lighthouse of Cavallino, to the port and only 250 mt. from the beach.
Composed of the entrance, a living room with a kitchenette, a double room, a small bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower. It's fully furnished and air conditioned.
Rent for the whole period: € 5,900.00. Extra: electricity, water and gas.
Deposit € 1,000.00 in cash, to be returned on departure
Registration costs, stamp duties, taxes.
Tourist tax of € 25,00/person for the entire stay (children under 12 years old and workers in the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for free).
