From 1st May to 30th September 2022 we rent at Residence "Baia del Faro" in a very quiet but central area of Cavallino City, a three-room apartment with attic and a big terrace. Furnished and equipped with independent heating system and air conditioning.
The recent-built residence "Baia del Faro" has a swimming pool and is 250 mt far from the lagoon and very close to every service such as farmacy, supermarket, etc... and only 1 km far from the beach.
It is composed of an entrance, living-room with kitchenette, a double room, attic overlooking the lagoon and a windowed bathroom.
Max. 4/5 people.
Rent for the whole period: € 6.500,00. Extra: electricity, water and gas.
Deposit € 1,000.00 in cash, to be returned on departure.
Contract registration fees: € 198,60
Tourist tax of € 27,50/person for the entire stay (children under 12 years old and workers in the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for free).
Payments:
- € 1.950,00 at confirm and sign of the contract;
- Balance and deposit on handover of keys.
- copy of the ID card and the "codice fiscale".
